I'm guessing (total guess - potential rabbit hole) that because of the high volume of letters taken and the frequency of the letter A and the inclusion of N & D that perhaps there is an AND in the solution. If we remove the letters AND this is what we are left with:

A good start might be looking at letters that aren't in many words and backing out from there. This would lead me to focus on Y and especially the two G's. Two G's is fairly odd considering the small amount of letters available. See:

I could spend too much time on this. I'm thinking names and that someone named Greg was involved. The other thought is a gerund was involved.
